Spinach Hors D'Oeuvres

 

2 ten ounce pkg. chopped frozen spinach
2 cups Pepperidge farm Stuffing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3 eggs beaten
3/4 cup margarine, melted
garlic powder and pepper to taste
Cook , drain and cool spinach.
Add all ingredients and mix
Put in fridge until good constistency
Roll into 3/4 inch balls
Freeze on cookie sheet until solid
place in freezer bag until needed
When ready bake on cookie sheet 20 minutes
