3 T. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
1/2 t. dried basil
1/4 t. salt
Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet. Stir in eggs. Cook over medium
heat for 2-3 minutes, until eggs just begin to thicken. Add cream cheese, basil and salt.
Stir over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until eggs are loosely set. Do not overcook. Serve
at once.
