1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 T. olive oil
1-1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 t. chili seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
4 oz. potato chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the pasta according to package
directions.
In a medium skillet, saute the meat in the olive oil until brown.
Remove the meat, discard the fat, add the onion and saute.
Put a layer of cooked pasta in an ovenproof baking dish; top with a
layer of meat and onion. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up. Sprinkle the
top with chili seasoning and smooth the corn on top. Sprinkle the potato chips on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 75 minutes. Serve immediately.
