CORN CHOWDER

 

Corn Chowder

3 medium peeled potatoes diced (2 1/2 cups)
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can kernel corn drained
1 can cream corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt pepper
Bring potatoes, water and onion to boil in
large sauce pan medium heat.
Reduce heat cover simmer 8 to 10 minutes
stirring once or twice until potatoes are tender
Stir in remaing ingr. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes uncovered
