Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in large pot.
Arrange in layers, in order listed:
3/4 cup sliced onions
1 lb. ground beef, (chuck or round, since you won't be draining fat)
1/4 cup raw rice
3 cups raw diced potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 can kidney beans
Combine:
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1-1/2 cup water.
Pour over meat and vegetables in pot. Simmer 1-1/2 to 2 hours
until potatoes are done. Do not stir!
